The complex is situated in the exclusive area of Kapparis, Protaras. The area has something for everyone, with its lovely sandy coves, water sports and many local restaurants and friendly pubs. Excellent local shops. Nearby beach at 'Firemans Bay' approx 5 minutes walk and watersports beach at 'Malama Bay' is approx 10 minutes walk. Kapparis is five minutes drive from the main tourist centre at Protaras, five minutes drive to the main town of Paralimni with its wonderful shops, cafes and churches all centred around the local village square. Ayia Napa is within 20 minutes drive.
Explore the area around Protaras and nearby Paralimini, browse around the wonderful shops, visit a medieval monastery, churches in the surrounding villages, stop for a drink or meal at a local taverna before returning to your Villa or Apartment in Protaras, for your choice of evening entertainment or that simple al fresco dining at your own home in the sun.

Water sports – This is one of the best areas on the island for fabulous watersports. Take part in paragliding, water skiing, hire a speedboat, jet skis, even try out a flying fish!! The list is endless and so are the fantastic beaches with watersport facilities.
Bungee Jumping – for the adventurous tourists in Cyprus, bungee jumping is available in Ayia Napa.
Golfing - Cyprus is fast becoming a favourite with many golfing travellers due to an improvement in facilities and, of course, its superb all-year round climate. There are several golf schools, golf development classes and academies, in many locations in Cyprus to help you improve your game.
Go-karting - There are many go- karting centres in Cyprus. Most are open seven days a week, an excellent one being located at Ayia Napa, next door to the Waterpark.
Diving - Warm seas, clear water and year-round sunshine ensure that diving in Cyprus remains a popular pastime. The varied nature of the dive sites as well as the lack of tides and currents means that both beginners and more experienced divers can enjoy the experience. Theres plenty of underwater life and a huge variety of fish.
Skiing and Snowboarding: Troodos Mountains – Experience Cyprus in the winter months, January to March. There is fantastic skiing and snowboarding on Mount Olympus, in the beautiful Troodos Mountains.
