Protaras Property has been taking bookings for my villa for over two years now. They have been a professional company right from the start. They work with you, they take bookings, confirm rentals by taking a deposit and final payment 6 weeks prior to arrival date. The fact that they take a deposit for any damages eases your mind. Thank goodness we have never had to use it. Monies are transferred into your account once it is received from renter. You are not left waiting or chasing for your money. After making the decision to invest in a property in Cyprus, it was extremely important to have the right contacts to introduce both me and my husband into the property market. Teri and Mike from Protaras Property were very helpful introducing us to our solicitor who we felt had our best interests at heart, and drove us to their office to make the task less stressful. We then had to sort out bank accounts and mortgage paperwork which they also assisted with, which was a blessing when we did not fully understand the process. Hi Teri , We had a fabulous time at the villa. The taxi driver, Sotiris was a star.
