This lovely two bedroom apartment is situated in an enviable location, in a good residential area of Ayia Napa, yet close enough to the sea and lovely golden sands of Nissi Beach. Walking distance to Nissi avenue. Great for wedding parties.
Within a reasonable walk to the Square at Ayia napa and within a 5 minute walk to all the bars of Nissi Beach, this location is simply the best. A car is definately not needed. You are only five mins walk from the famous Nissi Beach, professed by many to be the best beach in Europe!! The area is served by a local bus which travels up Nissi Avenue to the waterpark and on to Larnaca if you wish, or back to Protaras and Paralimni.
Ayia Napa has something for everyone, with its fabulous waterpark, golden beaches and very picturesque harbour area, plus the stunning architecture of the local churches.
